2.1 By creating a jliss account, logging in to an existing account, or using any feature of the jliss Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the jliss Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players, regardless of the device or browser used to access jliss, and apply to all activity conducted through the Platform, including deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and bonus participation.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jliss Platform. This requirement is set in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and is strictly enforced. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering, playing, or placing any bets on jliss.
3.2 Residency. The jliss Platform is intended for use by persons located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for determining the legality of doing so and for complying with applicable local laws.
3.3 Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not subject to any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation in online gambling.
3.4 Prohibited Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of jliss and its affiliated technology and payment partners are not permitted to hold a Player account or participate in any real-money games or promotions on the Platform.
4.1 Each player is permitted to hold one (1) jliss account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balance or bonuses held in such accounts may be forfeited.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jliss account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jliss will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
4.4 You must notify jliss immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
5.1 jliss is required by Philippine regulations to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS card, or UMID) and proof of address at any time during your relationship with jliss.
5.2 Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. jliss will not be liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory identity documentation.
5.3 Submitting fraudulent, altered, or misrepresenting documents constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and a report to the relevant Philippine authorities.
6.1 Deposits. jliss accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, GrabPay, QR Ph, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jliss account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for GCash and Maya transactions.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to any applicable KYC requirements. Standard processing time is within one (1) business hour for GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts. jliss reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jliss does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
6.4 Third-Party Payments. Deposits and withdrawals using payment accounts registered to third parties are strictly prohibited. All transactions must be conducted from a payment account registered in your own name. jliss will refuse and return any payment identified as originating from or directed to a third party.
6.5 Player Fund Protection. Real Money Funds held in your jliss account are maintained in accounts segregated from jliss operational funds and are protected in the event of jliss insolvency.
7.1 jliss offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds must be wagered at least twenty-five (25) times before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Certain games — including live dealer tables, baccarat, and roulette — may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) towards wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates for each game category are published in the Promotions section of the Platform.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within thirty (30) days of being credited will expire and be removed from your account without notice. Free spins expire within seven (7) days of being awarded unless stated otherwise.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. jliss reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational gambling. Accounts found to be engaging in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently closed.
7.5 jliss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
8.1 Each game available on the jliss Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules prevail in respect of gameplay outcomes.
8.2 All slot and RNG-based games on jliss use certified Random Number Generators that are independently audited to ensure statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
8.3 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means (card shuffles, wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted in professional studio environments and streamed in real time. jliss does not control live dealer game outcomes.
8.4 In the event of a malfunction or technical failure during gameplay, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. jliss will not honour payouts resulting from a game or system malfunction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jliss Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
10.1 All content on the jliss Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and the jliss brand name — is the property of jliss or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jliss Platform without prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jliss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 jliss does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary interruption of services.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 jliss is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible to all Players from their account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time alerts, loss trackers, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
12.2 If you wish to permanently self-exclude from jliss, contact our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months. During a self-exclusion period, jliss will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account.

13.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your jliss account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided KYC requirements are satisfied. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any associated Bonus Funds.
13.2 Closure by jliss. jliss reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, where required by law or regulatory direction, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
14.1 jliss collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 jliss will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with Philippine law.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to gameplay outcomes, account balances, or bonus treatment — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
15.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
